You do not need to be fast; you just need to be smart. Before each battle you have to build and position your Ninja Wars army.
You will have types of Ninja Wars units like Ninja Wars swordsmen, Ninja Wars spearmen and Ninja Wars archers. Each Ninja Wars unit is good at something. You must look at the enemy's setup. Position your Ninja Wars troops according to what they are good at and what they are not good at. For example, you can position Ninja Wars swordsmen for fighting Ninja Wars spearmen for protecting against horses and Ninja Wars archers for attacking from afar. This way you can come up with a plan to win by looking at the enemy's strengths and weaknesses, allowing you to put your Ninja Wars troops in the place to win.
